放鬆舒適又便利的美好旅行經驗

飯店位置在比較陡的坡上稍微有點吃力外，其他都非常滿意，隔天參加了聖靈群島一日遊行程，飯店還很貼心幫我們打電話確認候車位置。飯店提供的泳池還是溫水，遠方還可眺望海，景色很美。 房間該有的設備都有，還提供洗衣烘衣機，非常方便，下次去Airlie beach 還是會選擇這裡。

The pictures of the hotel/room are outdated. We had a penthouse 3 bed room and this was in desperate need of an enhanced upgrade and clean. The carpet up the stairs was dirty and worn, the blinds in the first floor double bedroom were broken and mouldy, there were no blinds in the downstairs bathroom and this meant the shower was in view of outside, the electric sockets at the side of the bed on the ground floor did not work, there was no hot water in the kitchen, kitchen hob was faulty and needed turning on and off to make it work, the corridors outside of our room was not cleaned for 3 days and was very dirty The view was amazing, room a good size, washer and dryer in room

The hotel had the air conditioner set at 23 degrees. We couldn’t adjust it. Maybe due to a malfunction our room was showing on the system that it was 27 Degrees. Uncomfortable nights sleep both nights. The staff member said that she would have someone look at it, but this didn’t happen. It was disappointing that the reception staff member couldn’t organise to adjust this for us. A simple lowering of the set temperature in the system would have maybe achieved an environment temp of 23/24. Uncomfortable nights stay( both nights) Main room felt stagnant and stuffy. The hotel needs to sort their ducted air conditioning out. I have no problem with the hotel setting a temp at 23 degrees as long as that temp is achieved

It wasn't a serviced apartment but the detergents for dishwashing and clothes washing had half empty satchels. The staff were more than helpful to supply more. The dryer was very dusty in the vents. The view was amazing and everything about it was comfortable. The Staff were extremely helpful. Some parking spots were very tight and a very steep driveway. Amenities are getting aged, no USB plugs on the PowerPoints.

The reception team were amazing on arrival and later in the week after a incident causing my Dad to have a fall. 100%. My only negative is the general cleanliness of the rooms were fine, but the attention to detail is lacking. Not sure if this comes down to upper management not allocating appropriate time frames for more thorough cleaning. Skirting boards were thick with dust and doors. Light fittings needed a deep clean even in the penthouse suite about the sink in main bedroom. The sink plug in kitchen didn't seal. Cutting boards were in need of replacement. The painted handrail at the bottom of the stairs was really dirty not been wiped down between guests. All these minor details can make or break a review. Would I stay again Yes without elderly parents, as were were unaware of steep access to the property and if the attention to cleaning details and final touches were dramatically improved. A very big Thank You to the reception and maintenance team. Your support for my Dad was amazing. Joanne This review is for the Sebel only not advertising purposes.

The location is walking distance to the Airlie port. But, it is 20 minutes walking to the center of the town to have more choices for restaurants and grocery store. The nearby Thai restaurant is expensive and dishes are not great but eatable. The hotel is very dated. The room smells muddy. The room we were staying was awful. All the cups and utensils were dusty. Room was not dusted well. Washer was moldy and smelling. I used my own alcohol wipes to clean the gasket. The first two sheets came out black. I reported to the front desk. They sent people to clean the washer but didn’t do anything to the cups and utensils nor bringing the extra towel set as they missed. We have two people in the room but they only put one set. It seems that they don’t care.

We had a lovely stay at The Sebel Airlie Beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view. The girls at check-in were so friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Be prepared for a bit of a hill when getting suitcases up and down, but it’s not a huge issue — and the location is great, only about a 10-minute walk to town. There aren’t too many food options immediately nearby, but town and the marina (perfect for day trips) are both very close. Some areas, like the hallway to the room and parts of the bathroom, felt a little outdated, and it wasn’t the cleanest entrance outside the room, but overall it’s hard to fault much, especially for the price. A great value stay with lovely staff and a beautiful view!

The one bed apartment was excellent, lovely balcony and lovely view. Shower was a bit tricky up a couple of steps into jacuzzi bath. Would have been nice to have been nice to have some food/drink amenities on site, but Airlie beach was only 10-15 min walk away. The only issue is the extremely steep driveway up to reception. Bit of a hard slog dragging a 23kg case up! Some taxis would drive up the slope, so not an issue when coming back from having a meal .
