「Ok, so this is a bit of strange review. The hotel was nice, so were the staff …. BUT, while staying there, my daughter went to bathroom and grabbed a towel to dry off her face. The towel was neatly folded with 4 or 5 others, but when she lifted it and took a look, it had brown stains on it. No joke, she thought they might be chocolate and called my wife over … they were NOT chocolate. There were other cleanliness issues as well, though minor in comparison to feces on your towel. 「We arrived after 10:00 pm. No one was at the front desk for 30 minutes because he needed to help another patron and he was the only one working. A line formed as we all waited for check in. Our key and another patrons key did not work for the assigned rooms- so us and another couple back to the desk. With help- the key finally worked but someone was already in our room! Poor other patron to be woken up after 11:00 pm. Finally - we received a vacant room with a working key at 11:30pm. Exhausted....

「Was a little disappointed in this facility. At face value, it looks nice, however its an old building that had a two coat overhaul. After the first night, our key cards stopped working. We went to the front desk and an associate insinuated that we exposed our cards to some sort of magnetic field wiping out the access which was complete bs. A second associate indicated they has us down for one night and not 3. Room service never did visit, had to go retrieve clean towels and bathroom tissue...
