「The carpet is very dirty. I dare not walk on it with barefoot. Cheingum and dust . This is not Four Points’s Stanard. Though, the breakfast is good with a lot of choice」

「I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!」

「Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.」

「I used to stay in this hotel several years ago but my recent stay was not as good as I remembered . The room was not as clean as it’s supposed to be, the bathroom and sink were dirty and full of stains. The towel looks dingy. The breakfast buffet is okay. The staff was very nice and so helpful.」

「The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.」

「First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

「早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。」
