「Pretty nice hotel to stay in」

「Quiet」

「Refrigerator wasn’t cold, microwave door on the inside was really dirty, and room had a stuffy smell」

「Rooms are very nice and updated」

「Person at reception desk Kiana rude. Arrived at 12:45pm. Told no check in until 2pm. Not pleasant. She could have said I’m fortunate we don’t have any rooms available for early check-in at this point but she did not. She just was not pleasant enough so that it makes us think about not staying at this hotel the next time we visit Vicksburg. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, this is usually our go to hotel here.」

「Very nice property very near Vicksburg Battlefield Visitor Center. Great, relaxing hotel.」

「Love the whole experience great staff and breakfast」

「Interesting history we did not realize until after we booked the reservation. Google the mansion prior to booking. I was not bothered by any ghost, but some may have reservations on sleeping here. Inside furnishings need some TLC. Breakfast was decent, but more like sample servings. DJ that was serving breakfast was very nice and accommodating. House is beautiful, and Vicksburg was a great historical city. Atmosphere was quite, I did not like that the front door to place was unlocked. Your room...

「We walked in to a room so thick with the smell of mold you could chew on it. Dead Cockroaches all over the floor. Large dead spider in the shower. With webbing all over the curtains that had these weird red mite looking things. Cobwebs all around the head of bed and night stand. We stayed less than 10 minutes and fighting for a refund. Honestly needs to be reviewed by the department of health.」

「The stay at this beautiful house was more than I could ask for. The room was plenty spacious for my wife and myself. Bed was very comfortable and sheets smelled very clean. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked very well kept. Breakfast was where it shined as Ms. Noelle knocked it out of the park. Will be coming back here again for the near future!」
