「The staff were extremely helpful! However, the room was dreadful. The USB ports for charging our phones didnt't work, the toilet seat had all the paint peeling off & needs replacement. And the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The owner needs to sort it out asap!! Overpriced too!!!」

「The location is excellent and the staff polite and welcoming but we found cleanliness needs to be improved. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, there is dust on the corners, dust on furniture, soap scum in the shower floor, light switches had handprints, top of bedboard had black dust as well as the picture frames. 「First time to Natchez and I’m so glad we chose Choctaw Hall. It was absolutely amazing and made the trip staying in this beautiful home. David and Lee are the most wonderful hosts! After a long day at work I was looking for a place to sleep to avoid the adverse weather and ended up losing the lil money I had and borrowing from someone to book a different room at a different place.
