「Upon arriving I was told my reservation was not found and booking through a 3rd party (Expedia) it sometimes cancels on its own. After some “searching” they found it and said I got the last room. When I finally got into my room the lock would not work and this was a problem since I’m a single mom with young kids. I was told it’s fine you need a key to unlock the door and only the staff have access to this. I was very unsettled and not heard. I had to prop a chair under the handle for safety.」

「Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room. It's too convenient to go out. It's located in the center of the city. Don't drive out. This is very awesome!」

「The staff was great.. very helpful. There was actually housekeeping now( during off season, there was none.. I had to return old towels to get new one. This time there was full housekeeping. The pool was great as usual.. no problems.」

「what a beautiful and special place! Theres a fantastic pool for kids/family overlooking the beautiful lake. I wish we were able to stay longer. It was really one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. The Cabin lodging, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything was just great! Check out is at 10am, I wish it was maybe till noon for what you pay for but I understand because the cabins need to be cleaned. It was great!」

「The place was nice. I just like my carpet vacuumed better. I do feel the hotel needs to invest in a better vacuum. Breakfast was great. Everyone tried their best.」
