This place needs a visit by the health department and L/I. We have photos that we wish we could upload of the horrible condition of the place.
The front door had a hole where the old lock maybe was? If you removed tape you saw inside/outside. No deadbolt. The door knob was an interior door knob/lock like you would find on a home’s bathroom for the outside door.
Hair inside the tub and on the window sill.
Tub was “peeling” everywhere.
Sink leaking underneath.
cracked flooring throughout with pieces coming up.
Coarse dirt on floors. Bad internet/can’t make calls. Loose outlets everywhere. No outlet in the bathroom. Bathroom window did not lock. Bathroom door was impossible to open/close because did not fit opening. Did not check the front windows to see if they locked. No trash removal or housekeeping. Beds mismatched. Towels mismatched and some clearly stained/old.
NO TOILET PAPER. HAD TO BUY OUR OWN.
Had to ask for towels if needed them.
Had three items on the dinner menu. Three items total. Burger. Wings. Soup. Full menu online! And kitchen came out to apologize our dinner order was never put in. Kitchen person said this was her “first time doing this.” Don’t have the old menu posted online if you’re not serving it.
Don’t have the old check in instructions posted/emailed out if they have changed.
Stay away from this place. There is new ownership but they are clearly clueless. I’ve stayed at places all over the world, this was by far the worst.
