「Everything was great! When walking in, it smells great, check in was easy even with the credit card machine issue. They were very apologetic for this. The breakfast had lots of options and refilled when getting low. While out, housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and made our bed with our pillows and blankets that we brought with us and made it special just for us!」

「Close to downtown attractions」

「Cabin floors were dirty. Dog food under stools and a nose ring in the corner. Walking on the floor left your feet black. Not all amenities were open during the week. There wasn’t any communication about this even on the direct website for the resort so we didn’t find out until we arrived.」

「When we checked out the worker was not very friendly. Our bathroom door kept sticking when you tried to close jt. The room was very clean.」

「There wasn't anything not to like, the cleaning staff was mopping in the morning moving furniture and getting under things so I knew it was ACTUALLY clean and not just spot cleaned. Food was good and much better than normal hotel food, hot tub and pool was clean, bathroom and room was spotless, even the soap dispensers in the shower were shiny. Service was great, I talked to the front desk, the security guy in the elevator, a couple cleaning ladies and the woman prepping breakfast and everyone...

「This is a cute mom and pop close to King's Island. VERY clean, comfy and a WONDERFUL breakfast! Everyone is so friendly. One of the best sleeps I've had in a hotel room. Would definitely book again!」
