「I had been on the road for two days and needed to book an overnight stay. I filtered hot tub specifically for my sore muscles and stress from being on the road. I booked through Expedia and there was no note saying how it was down for maintenance. I drove an extra hour to the hotel just to be disappointed. It's not the front desk persons fault. This is the second time within a year I've used this site for very specific amenities and when i arrive they are not available. Expedia needs better...

「Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip back home, this was the worst. Overpriced, breakfast was very disappointing (thanks McDonald’s next door), cold coffee. Go to exit 220!」

「We stayed in a pet friendly room, which I am thinking hadn’t been used/cleaned for a while. There was dried toothpaste on the faucet and a rather large cobweb above the armoire. And when the staff was asked which exterior door we could park at we were directed to the opposite end of the building where our room was.」

「my husband and I were traveling for a funeral, which was 5hrs away. Due to weather conditions we got there a little after midnight, and the night front desk agent was TERRIBLE! He first tried to tell me he couldn’t give me my room because he couldn’t charge “Expedia’s Card” and sat back down as if he didn’t care that it’s after midnight! so I contacted Expedia, they called Tim to verify that we in fact had a room and gave him a number to call to verify, Tim decided he didn’t want to do his job...

「Staff were great. Place should be shut down it's a total dump. Please understand the Staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. But this place shouldn't be open. Don't fall for the pictures they have to be 25 years ago.」
