All we were looking for was a bed and a bite. Breakfast was good enough. But the bed wasnice and soft, exactly the way we like them. I can't remember the last time I slept as well as I did in that bed!! I strongly suggest that if you like a soft bed, this is the place! And to be precise, ask for room 306, you will sleep like a baby!

Breakfast was terrible not much to choose from. As for rolls of toilet paper was given partial rolls from another room. Rooms were clean. It’s really all I can say about it.

Liked location but rooms outdated and felt and looked dirty. Toilet had black scum under rim and tub shower old and falling apart. Will never stay at a red roof again if this is what is typical of them.

Room was clean but smelled like there was a dead mouse in the wall or something. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. Nothing hot unless you wanted a waffle. No bagels or muffins. Only cold cereal. I didn't see oatmeal either. Very poor breakfast. Staff was great and parking was ample. We will stay again. This was our second stay. I'd love the building to be more secure - the side doors open where anyone could enter

There were no trash bags in the room, stains on linens, towels, furniture and shower curtain, the pool was out of order which was one reason we booked, the Apple juice tasted spoiled, then disgustingly, I noticed gnats around the juice dispenser. We requested a 5am CST wake up call because the hotel was on CST, right next to the EST boarder and our phones kept randomly switching time zones (as hotel staff thoughtfully warned us). They agreeably said they would call. No one did. The shower had nice hot water which was the one redeeming quality. Very disappointed.

Hotel and room looked and smelled clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, TV, A/C, and refrigerator worked fine, parking good, breakfast was just carbs like waffles, cereal and bread with a few pieces of fruit, orange juice and coffee, no pool, vending machines, or extras like that. It is right off the highway, but here really is no shopping very close. As long as the price stays low it is a good place to stay and I would stay here again.

We are traveling with our dog. The first room smelled strongly of cat urine and gave me a headache. We asked if there was another room available. The clerk took us to another room. It didn’t smell. We move everything to the new room and crawl into bed to find a plate size wet spot. I head to the front desk and she is very apologetic. We get a third room that had dry sheets and less of a smell. She did ask me to send the picture to her. She was embarrassed and said this isn’t how they run the hotel.
