「The parking space was a little far away but other than that everything was awesome」

「Beautiful property. So lovely to be able to walk down to the water and sit on the dock. Peaceful and lots of birds and beautiful landscaping. We loved the game room upstairs. Work out room was small with minimal equipment but we made it work. Breakfast was excellent 」

El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. Nuestra Anfitriona Fernanda, es muy profesional y te brinda un excelente servicio y asesoría sobre los alrededores. 」

「El hostal tiene una excelente ubicación, la relación entre calidad y precio es muy buena, nos permitieron chequear temprano y eso fue muy conveniente. Podrían invertir un poquito en el sistema de ingreso desde el portón de planta baja porque la primera impresión no es la mejor, pero todo lo demás es excelente y lo recomiendo para viajar con presupuesto limitado.」

「Muy atentos y amables El único tema que se oye todo de las habitaciones. Con respecto al precio al ser extranjeros sé que no deben cobrar impuestos y que como ley en Chile uno debe mostrar el PDI de ingreso al país para que este impuesto no sea cobrado. 」

「Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. 」

「One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...
