Do not stay here - Run down old place

Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump.

NO ACEPTEN LA HAB. 101 POR NINGÚN MOTIVO

Pésima atención a mi llegada en la recepción .Pague una buena habitación y me dieron casi una bodega , además el colchón pésimo , la sala de baño 1,5 m/2 .y mal estado. Pedí que me cambiaran de cuarto dispuesto a pagar la diferencia (en hoteles.com aprox. 20.000 mas) , la recepcionista mal educada me hablaba de 250.000 pesos mas, que el hotel estaba lleno, en realidad y confirmado por los empleados solo estaba al 50%. No ACCEPTEN LA HABITACIÓN 101 POR NINGÚN MOTIVO. Las fotos que muestran son ,para mi ,engañoso , ademas sucio los muebles. Aun qué hizo frío no prendieron las chimeneas . Positivo: los desayunos y cenas buffet , precio en general bastantes buenos . Los paseos en los ceniceros son muy lindos .

El hotel en general muy bueno, de arquitectura original, solo dos observaciones 1.La ducha del baño era pequeña e incomoda no contaba con espacio para el jabon y shampoo. 2. Las señaleticas dentro del reciento eran insuficientes

Falta señalización e iluminación

El único detalle es que llegamos de noche y fuimos a estacionar el vehículo y no encontrábamos la entrada hacia el hotel desde el estacionamiento, falta iluminación y más señalética en el camino para ingresar al hotel.

Lugar, diseño, naturaleza maravillosos. Una extraordinaria visión y concreción. Colaboradores requieren capacitación y algunos inglés y administración debe revisar detalles: baños sin perchas ni jaboneras y manillas de duchas sueltas; sin agua fría en un baño; comida carísima y de baja calidad para precio: disonancia. Entrega de información de Cena de Año Nuevo 2018/2019 engañosa: problema con operador Hotels.com....? Se requiere definición más clara si es: all inclusive or all paid (demasiados pagos extra) 10% Propinas para recepción suena abusivo.
