Staff was very good and accommodating. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and appreciated his good English language skills. Maria, one of your recommend drivers was also great and very helpful in arranging transport at the end of the lake ferry to San Martin de Los Andes.

Not worth the excitement it’s given

Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again.

Un lugar magico pero requiere Upgrade

Al llegar tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que no encontraban la reservación. Luego al recorrer el Hotel apreciamos nosotros los espacios y bonitos detalles del Hotel rustico pero con mescla con la naturaleza muy bonito

Hospedagem casal em novembro de 2022

Hotel bonito, arquitetura singular e com proposta rústica. Não esperava um hotel de luxo, mas tinha expectativas em relação a estrutura e alimentação. Achei hotel mal cuidado, sauna estava estragada, fonte desligada, limpeza precária, passarelas externas (em volta do hotel) mal conservadas e sem sinalização. Faltou faltou água quente no quarto durante a estadia, enfim, falta zelo na conservação e limpeza. A alimentação é pramim a pior parte, pouca variedade, no café da manhã nao tinha reposição do que acabava e sabor ruim também. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel um dia e esse foi um grande arrependimento, menu péssimo e de um custo bastante elevado, como estávamos cansados acabamos ficando por lá mesmo, mas não recomendo, carne dura, pratos simplórios, enfim, uma lástima. Funcionarios são muito receptivos, passeios comprados a parte sao ótimos e as trilhas bem sinalizadas.

Hola fue muy lindo conocer este lugar, muy encantador Como sugerencia diría que a los pasajeros orientar llevar ropa adecuada al clima del lugar. Capa de agua, paraguas. Teniendo en cuenta que gran parte de los meses del año llueve en el lugar. Información que nosotros no tuvimos y pagamos el noviciado. Además sugiero al hotel Nothofagus colocar atención en la atención y respuestas entre el pasajero y personal que atiende a las mesas. (Comedores) Algunas palabras en argumentos que recibimos, hablan de la falta de profesionalismo. Deben mejorar eso. Un pasajero feliz….. regresa una y otra vez. Un pasajero molesto no regresa nunca más. No solo debe ser el entorno maravilloso, la atención debe ser completa de todo su personal.

Mejorar calidad del servicio gastronómico

Bonito Hotel, bonita estructura, personal muy amable, la limpieza del lugar nada que decir anda muy bien. Pero para tanta publicidad del lugar y del hotel, la gastronomía no es buena en lo que respecta a los almuerzos y cenas, un ejemplo durante nuestra estadía es un asado de vacuno al palo servido frío y seco. Los desayunos buenos pero las temperaturas del agua para un té o café o leche siempre eran frías. Tienen excelentes productos tanto de la zona como de nuestro país que no son bien preparados. Se sugiere una mejor supervisión de lo que se ofrece versus lo que se entrega, ya que somos una pareja de Chilenos y además viajeros por lo cual tenemos una visión amplia de hotelería y gastronomía. Que nuestra opinión sirva para mejorar el turismo en nuestro hermoso país.

Unas Vacaciones increibles en este bello complejo.. comida excelente, atencion insuperable, todos muy atentos y cariñosos... para volver de todas maneras... quizas lo unico a mejorar es los ruidos que a veces se sienten de las habitaciones adyacentes,,,, pero es solo un detalle que no opaca nuestra estadia... en realidad nos reimos mucho tratando de saber quienes eran nuestros vecinos en las comidas.... jajajajaja

Es interessante la propuesta para dos a tres noches maximo, dado que la comida del restaurant buffet se repite invariablemente, y el bar tiene tres ensaladas y tres patos de comida "cruda", no mas opciones. pero vale la pena conocerlo, ademas es carisimo!!!

If you like nature then this hotel is perfect, it doesn't matter if it rains or shines you'll have an amazing time here. So many activities but our favourite was watching the sunset from the volcano. We wished we had stayed longer and hopefully will will return one day.

The property and surrounding area is just magical. I don't think anyone's expectation should be to come here and have a Four Season's experience or come for a culinary experience. You go to Huilo Huilo for the outdoor experience. This place was just that and was great.

Comfortable nice impressive hotel that is a little dated, but warm and relaxing. Check-in was easy and very friendly service. Dinner was a prix fixe menu and more than we were in the mood for so opted for the bar - food was pretty good although service a little slow and disorganized. Overall a nice stay, bit of a splurge option just wish we stayed long enough to take advantage of the amenities

Mas ruido que nueces

Pensaba que el hotel estaba mas incerto en el bosque y no pegado a la carretera. Por lo mismo el area de recepcion en auto es muy pequeña e incomoda. Las habitaciones son pequenas y el valor es demasiado alto para lo que es el hotel (el que tenga una forma especial y este tan alejado, no es para cobrar esos valores). Me llamo mucho la atencion que en la recepcion nos solicitaran dejar una propina voluntaria para los recepcionistas ( eso no me habia sucedido en ningun hotel). Por supuesto que no les deje propina...quizas por eso, cuando llame al otro dia solicitando me remitieran el pijamas que se me habia quedado, nunca me lo enviaron...

A house in a tree!

Amazing place, very good trekking and a lot to do! The hotel need to share more information, wifi needs an upgrade. Very good food, when the hotel is too busy the service gets bad...
