「Friendly staff and very clean」

「原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！」

「Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. 」

「Loved the cleanliness of our room. Very quiet that night too. But was warned not to leave our utility trailer hooked up to our truck due to possible break ins. So left trailer at friends house that night. 」

「We have stayed at this hotel in 2024 and again in 2025. Both times our room was clean, staff was pleasant and welcoming. This hotel is perfect for a restful night at a reasonable cost. It is basic room/hotel with continental breakfast. Not many amenities like a pool or exercise room but we don't need that. If you are looking for a clean reasonable priced place to stay this would be it. 」
