「They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell」

「This place was so nice and clean! Brand new appliances and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is on the outside of town, but still convenient to a grocery store and Dollar General (both less than10 minutes).」

I've tried many of them—and they're all deficient in cleanliness (seriously, trust me on this) and in customer service. Red Roof Inn of JC has super friendly and accommodating staff. And the rooms are clean with no weird smells or moldy corners. As I said, I've tried many of the other budget-friendly options in JC, but I always come back to Red Roof...

「I picked this hotel specifically wanting to use the pool it said nothing about it being closed for maintenance when I booked my reservation. This should have been flagged somehow that was the main reason I chose this hotel and the pool was closed. I was very disappointed.」

「The staff was nice. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room was horrible and did not cool. You could barely feel the air coming out. Walking to our room was a bit sketchy. People standing around smoking. Looked like there were more people than the occupancy allowed in some of the outdoor rooms. Room doors were open I suppose due to the air conditioners not working properly.」
