「Clean and convenient 」

「Mea , at the front desk, was very helpful and cared that my stay was pleasant, though it was short. I found NuWray easily and was able to park without difficulty. I arrived a little later in the evening, and Mea made sure to check with me so she could be sure someone would be present to check me in. My room was very clean, cozy, and inviting. I appreciated the easy access to water and ice late at night. Though this is a historic building, I found myself insulated from any noise in the hallway...

「Everything was great! The first room the had just cleaned the carpets, so it was wet. But they quickly changed us to a new room and it was perfect. Breakfast was great and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. Rocks wood fired pizza was excellent.」

「It was a terrific price compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was good and the hotel was well kept. The free breakfast made it an even better value.」

「Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Close to mall and places to eat. The hotel is getting a renovation so construction workers were there at 8:00 am. Otherwise, rating across the board, would have been excellent! Will stay there again. 」

「Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check...

「First of all the staff was awesome, very accommodating. Hotel was a bit aged and pool had not been reopened from Helene but visit was in November, and who uses a pool in Tennessee in November? Breakfast was fresh and tasty, had enough for me, and I LIKE breakfast. I will be going back!」
