「Excellent stay, clean comfortable great staff. Will definitely stay again」

「Staff were of no help whatsoever when I wanted to book a taxi to Syracuse airport. I tried twice and neither staff member was helpful or even interested in trying to help. It cannot be a unique situation that a guest wants to arrange a ride to the airport. I am baffled.」

「The fact of the matter is this is for all intents and purposes a motel. There were no amenities that I noticed, nor had time to use to be fair, so maybe there was something and I just wasn't aware. Having a Dunkin Donuts basically in the parking lot was a big plus. I will say, for a "motel" the room was as clean as could be. The beds were incredibly soft and we had a great night's sleep. 「Good place clean」

「We had to leave at 4am due to the BEDBUGS. The worst staff and most filthy room I've every encountered. Paid for 2 nights and lasted 5hrs.」

「Bar staff was great. Enjoyed meeting the owners and would return ASAp.」

「What a gem and kept up beautifully. Everything you need in the room and clean. Debbie was very helpful with late arrival. My second stay.」

「It's a place to stay. The windows are original and therefore there was a lot of road noise. The beds were hard as rocks. The air worked. Checkin and check-out were fine. They keep track of all meaning no surprise guests on the property and you need to register your car which I think is a little overboard. They could make some simple improvements but most stay there due to the price.」

「The AC was horrible and kept going off and on during the night. It got hot multiple times.」

「In today's world you should be able use the internet. The wifi access was terrible. Also you couldn't close the doors to the bedrooms. What was that all about?」

「Great nice area」

「There is no such location. They sure took my money and when I got to town, there is no hotel as they claim. I had to find somewhere else to stay. Not happy at all about being scammed.」
