「We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Historic and quaint inn and restaurant. Comfortable night's rest. Happy to stay, willing to come back.」

「Sweet, clean, picturesque little motel.」

「Odd location perched on a side of hill. Parking is poor. Motel is old. You get an idea how it was to stay at a motel in the 70:s. Internet was weak. Why can't a room have a real coffee maker.if your a city person you'll love it you're in the country near Cooperstown it's right a busy little country Road need to be careful when turning left into the property. Don't want to be negative but just stating the facts.」

「I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional.」

「The young lady that greeted us when we arrived that evening was extremely personable with a great sense of humor. We stayed there en route to the Baseball HOF in Cooperstown after leaving Youngstown, OH. Breakfast was more than adequate. Although there was no bacon, sausage or scrambled eggs often found at other "higher end" hotels, the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and more than adequate to "flop your body" for the night.」

「Being called the Baseball Hotel would make one think there would be something related to baseball on the premiiiNothing. The outside was a mess incuding the cheap sign they tacked up outside. Not a sioulsis roun」

「good」

「Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.」

「Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy」

「Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place.」

「The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable.」

「Austin was an amazing host with great dining recommendations in the area, including Cooperstown and the surrounding smaller towns, which were surprisingly good. Breakfast included lots of cereal, fruit, yogurt and other cold options, but the highlight was Austin's awesome waffles, his specialty. His real specialty is his getting to know guest's names, home towns, etc. and his friendly manner that encouraged lots of conversation at breakfast. The rooms met my wife's high standard for...

「Dirty, smelled terrible as soon as you open the door.」

「This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!」

「I loved the antique touches with the cabin americana feel. Charming place. Would definitely choose this place to stay another time. Would recommend to others. Very tidy. Loved it. Price was fair also.」
