「The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar.」

「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite...

「Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family.」
