"Lovely place. Steps from the central square. Only thing I would add is that it is an apartment, not a hotel. You will need to get access codes from the management. Expedia system failed badly - I couldn’t respond to message from the manager. Note the phone number if you need to contact them. Fault lied fully with Expedia. "

"No one to let me in, no response to phone calls, no reply to texts and emails. Nothing.
Several hours later I get a cheerful reply “are you still staying with us?”
So far they have refused to refund, although it’s only round one. "

"This is a very nice appartement hotel, located at the heart of Plaza Mayor. A must for Game of Thrones and House of Dragons fans. The Red Keep filming locations can be easily found by walking around the city.
The different restaurants will offer great tapas, local beer and grilled meats. Prices can fit all budget.
Rooms are very nice for 4 travellers, very well decorated and up to date. Visiting the terasse is a must; literally a hidden treasure of this place.
