「We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return.」

「Sitio ideal en el mismo centro de Trujillo, nos ha gustado mucho tanto la ubicación como el alojamiento en si, teniendo además una piscina pequeña para poder bañarte y refrescarte, que haciendo el calor que hace en Trujillo, es un punto muy a su favor.」

「O check in é num restaurante/café, sempre tumultuado de gente e barulhento. O atendimento é deficiente e do quarto escuta-se o barulho das pessoas que estão no café/restaurante.」

「Fijne sfeervolle verblijfsruimte. Prima slaapkamer en dito douche- / toiletruimte. Bidet zou ingeruild mogen worden voor een bad en de boiler voor een ketel, want douchen met twee personen na elkaar lukt niet. Maar dit is het enige kritiekpunt, want het is eigenlijk spotgoedkoop! 」

「Sin sorpresas teniendo en cuenta el tipo de alojamiento. Estaría bien una actualización del mobiliario de las habitaciones y, sobre todo, de algunos colchones. Desayuno bien, aunque faltan dulces. La atención del personal buena. Hay huéspedes que no respetan el descanso de los demás, pero no es un problema de aislamiento de la habitación, sino de educación de las personas」

「Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!」
