Lack of respect and understanding of customer

We went to atrio recommended by a friend of us, since we were on honey moon, we went for the last room, a junior suite. The very close surrounding of the hotel is medieval but the rest is of no interest. First, the junior suite is big but with no particular highlight, like a nice view or amenities offered like a bottle of water ! The price of 385 euros for this room is far too much with regards to the benefit and in consideration of being in caceres, since that level of price is similar to a capital city and not a small regional city. When complaining on the parking price. 33 euros a day with no alternative options and the breakfast supposed to be gastronomic 30 euros per person ! well, he disguised me and insulted me saying that all was written in the reservation. Definitely not a place you would want to spend your money in.
