「Loved it」

「This is our third stay at the hotel over the last four years and we're very happy with it. It's an older building, but it's well maintained and our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It could use a few more outlets for all the devices many of us need to charge. The staff are friendly and professional. It's also pet-friendly (though we left our dog behind on this trip) and a short walk from the hotel gets you into some parkland. Breakfast was satisfactory, and there are...

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」
