「The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use!
