「personnel attentif et disponible pour répondre aux besoins et questions」

「Bad service for ever. IF U HAVE CHOICE , DONT CHOOSE IT. If you stay in this Hotel, u will never forget about this hotel, If I could make a negative feedback , 100% for the bad experience ever.」

「Très bien」

「Everything was good」

「Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner copieux !」

「有室內走廊4分鐘可直接走到機場，對於早上6點半要飛的航班很方便，5點或5點半離開房間就可以了。房間空間也足夠攤平行李以方便整理」

「this hotel is under construction」

「The staff charge me fees again but I have already paid in Hotel.com. They keep cheating me on the way of refund. In the end, I called my French friend come here to help. The director eventually pay me back in cash, which he said they don’t have cash before my friend comes. 」

「雖然離市中心較遠，但是離捷運站很近，也有許多餐廳與超市，十分方便。房內冷氣和小廚房讓旅行更加愜意，唯一美中不足的是沙發床太軟，床中央凹陷不好睡。」

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」

「Super nuit」

「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「ascenseur en panne comme par hasard....」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「The location was excellent, the rooms were a nice size, and the stairs were a bit difficult. An elevator would be a plus. The personal service was excellent and went above and beyond.」
