「The A/C was loud in the room, but it was very effective which was important for my summer visit. Some furniture was new, but some was used and showed their age. But the mattress was fantastic, the pillows were awesome, the bedding was clean and comfortable, all of which were a surprise for a hotel in this price range. I was delighted!」

「This was a really nice property, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t like is we didn’t have a microwave in our room. Just a bit of a bummer. 」

「Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place.」

「I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. 」

「The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.」
