「Comfortable room, easy check-in. Appreciated the daily free breakfast. Carpet was slightly dirty (walking around in socks turned the bottoms of my socks black). At one point, my partner and I were relaxing in the room and we heard our door open... I cried out, "Hello?!" in shock, and my partner got up to see what was going on. A staff member was outside our door. She claimed she was supposed to be checking a room on the 2nd floor. We were on floor 3. She apologized, but it was... unnerving to...
