「Friendly staff clean rooms no issues」

「這家的早餐讓我很喜歡，除了樣式多樣，外，這餐廳的員工工作非常的盡職，隨時可以補充餐點且擦拭桌面和檯面，讓用餐者感到她的用心。」

「The entire room was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the walls to the shower. There was even pet food on the floor from the people before us. The toilet seat was broken. I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt. Mind you we didn' t wanna stay, but we were away from home and it was very late. The next morning we let the front desk know. They had the cleaning staff clean a bit more and replaced the toilet...

「Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. 「At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned.」

「All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.」

「the guy who helped checked us in was nice. though i feel it was different from the pictures online. there was the wall pieces coming off, the ac didn’t turn off and some buttons were missing, the lamp didn’t work, the standing lamp had no light bulb, the tv didn’t turn on. the walls are pretty thin, and the flooring is not that sturdy i’d say. its pretty loud when you walk and can hear everything from inside your room since the walls are so thin. our room did smelled like cigarettes too, so they...

「Inside of cabin is great. Outside decks are getting old. The check-in instructions had wrong number code to open lock box, so we had to call property manager who sent someone to open unit. Stove didn't work, so we could only cook w microwave.」
