「Two words - no elevator. Grumpy desk clerk made no attempt to try to get or offer us (an elderly couple) a 1st floor room.. The free breakfast was poor with a toaster to heat up frozen waffles or precooked French toast. On the plus side there is plenty of parking and an affiliated restaurant across the parking lot. I won’t go back.」

「The room was ok but they had a small couch and ottoman that are super dirty and I found a few pieces of hair on the bed that made me think that they didn’t change the sheets. I wouldn’t stay there anymore.」
