「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. 「The staff was incredible. They were very professional and polite and catered to the guests to the best of their ability. I always saw the woman who does breakfast check on people and make sure the breakfast was warm and ready and the tables were cleaned. Super great attitude. 」
