「The pool was not open and no one could tell me when it would be. They changed my room type without asking me and sold out of the room type I had booked. I was stuck with a Cheaper room with no composition for our stay. When I communicated this to the property I was told I should not have booked through third-party. 「They need to check room 122 for bed bugs. I had over 30 bites on each arm and about 12 on face and neck. I was no where else where I could have been bitten by anything. My mirror had a large smudge on bottom right corner when I got there. I took one load out to car about 9:30 a.m. before checking out and my room card immediately deactivated and I had to go to lobby to reactivate it.」
