「Everything about the hotel is excellent. Service is superb, in particular the room cleaning staff is excellent and extremely considerate. Hotel is super convenient, across the road of the famous Myeongdong shopping street, and right next to a subway station and Lotte Department Store. We stayed at the Executive Tower and the room is gorgeous and super spacious. Will definitely come back. 」

「Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The check-in was easy and I was very happy with the high-floor room assigned. Compared to other newer Park Hyatt hotels, the interior design is lacklustre.
