「Pleasant welcome & clean room. Negatives: Tiny tv English Bfast poor quality ingredients 10.30am booking out not acceptable ..particularly when paying £493 for 3 nights & then having to pay an extra £25 to book out at 12. A shame because staff all very friendly but obviously let down by greedy owners.」

「Looked good from the outside, parking easy. Not remotely a 4 * hotel - no fridge or water in the room, marks in the bathroom, v limited loo paper. Self service breakfast, short on some items (eg croissants). Check in slow despite doing so online. Wouldn't hurry back.」

「Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!」
