「Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there...

「Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.」

「Everything was good just our window shade in our room was not working so couldnt open the window and see the view.」

「Was there during remodeling of something, took me a minute to find out where I had to check in. Walls in the room were really dirty and banged up but everything else was clean. I had to go thru a process and register to connect my lap to wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was 15$ but you got it back in discounts and Freeplay.」

「The breakfast didn't have Allergy safe foods except maybe some almond milk but sometimes people have nut allergies so that didn't help ,maybe some oat milk for dairy and nut free people would be nice, Also the floors in our room weren't mopped properly our 9 month old crawls a lot and it was hard wood and her hands got dirty quickly,that's the only issue.」

「Fantastic stay after our visit to Mt Rushmore! The connected waterpark was a fantastic perk that the kids absolutely loved!! Little slides in the kids section were perfect for young kiddos who may not be ready for the big slides. We will 100% stay here again on our road trips out west!!」

「One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. 「Overall a nice stay. Building is old and could use some updates. AC in room was loud so hard to sleep or talk to each other. Breakfast was the basic as any 7/8 hotel rating. The pool temp was nice. I was actually able to get in.」
