「Very nice, staff was friendly. Funky spell in entry and lobby. Breakfast could be better choices. Can hear noise from upper rooms (shower, toilet). Overall very pleased and surprised at the how nice the hotel was. Very happy and will return. 」

「Close to the lake」

「Clean bathroom and clean bed are two of the vital components of a hotel stay and although this hotel is an older property, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and I added a message to request and ground floor room and within a half hour the front desk staff messaged me to say he had done this. That was excellent service considering it was late in the day I booked so kudos to him ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Highly recommend...

「Good value for the money! Staff was super nice! Only issue was that I stayed several days, and housekeeping bugged me almost every day in spite of having the do not disturb sign up.」

「The front desk stuff was nice ! They greeted you when you came in and were very helpful. At same time breakfast was very poor there was almost nothing to eat. The hotel was brand new and looked good and clean. Outside hotel different story it’s build on Parking lot of a shopping center which was being remodeled and was very noise and not clean outside .」

「This hotel is in a nice area walking distance to the Hard Rock Casino. The hotel offers a full hot breakfast along with a complimentary beverage from the bar for each guest. The court yard is lovely with a rustic indoor outdoor heated pool with waterfall. The lobby has a cozy area with a fireplace. We will always stay here when visiting the area.」
