「Its a really nice place. Its in the center of panajachel everything is close by. The port is about 10mntes walk to go take the lanchas.」

「The property is well maintained and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but they are very pushy on tips and did not appreciate that. The customer service in the restaurant was also okay as they were not very attentive. The TV in the room did not work and I had to ask for almost everything. The room has no hair dryer, not enough lights, excessive ants/bugs, and no mini fridge. Also, the location is not the best as there is not many walkable restaurants and activities. 「A lot of value for the money. Nothing fancy but a quarter price of some other hotels and I had my own private room and bathroom. The owners were very friendly and it was a good location.」
