「This is a lovely Italian boutique hotel! From the decor to the quality room size to the excellent staff. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely. Even before we arrived we had to update the room due to additional guest coming with us, the staff was attentive-- they helped us with pool club bookings and restaurants. We will be back-」

L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. Le petit déjeuner était simple, le personnel peu disponible. En quittant l'hôtel, j'ai oublié une parka. J'attends toujours qu'on me la renvoie ( bien que...
