"This past visit July 2025 will mark our third consecutive summer stay at this gem of a hotel. We continue to enjoy the spacious accommodations and friendly staff. Like a sightly faded beauty, this 50 something year old hotel certainly can use an update , and we have been advised that is in progress. However you cannot beat the spaciousness and slightly faded grandeur of this beautiful property. The hotel is situated on what I believe to be one the ‘most’ gorgeous and picturesque of the entire Taormina area. The private grotto beach and pool areas are spectacular as is the view of Mount Etna from the buffet breakfast terrace. "

It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help.
