"Hotel is quite expensive for what you get. Bathroom needs an upgrade water all over floor when showering and very dark with insufficient lighting and very few places to put your stuff. Quite noisy at night quadruple glazing fitted but when closed of course no fresh air. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast could do with kippers on the menu especially being a Manx hotel with wet fish shop close by. "

"Whether for a staycation (as we used it), or for a base to retreat to when visiting the island, this was a great experience. Breakfast was good, especially the pancake making machine, and a nice spot to sit in even on a rainy day. The rooms are quite big and the place is easy to navigate. We used the SPA and after figuring out how to turn the jacuzzi on, was a good addition to the day. The only thing I could say is you have a designated bathroom for each room and our bathroom kept being used by other people staying in the property. Men who don’t clean up after themselves!
