The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends

Clean, comfortable room, looking out onto the park. A quiet area, short walk from the seafront, with parking close by the Hotel. Staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. A lovely, plated breakfast with a good selection of cereals and juices, eggs, sausages etc. , as well as Manx kippers. We were also provided with a 'takeaway breakfast' for the early ferry - very thoughtful!

Nice location, short walk to the seafront . the road outside the apartment has parking restrictions from 8am-6pm. but this did not cause us any problems. Tesco is nearby for all the essentials and most bars and resturants about 10 min away.

Central location with great facilities such as a communal kitchen, strong WiFi and very modern fixtures/fittings. We really enjoyed our stay and found the living area with sofa and tv a tonic at the end of a long day.

We enjoyed our visit to Arandale. It was well worth the steep walk up Broadway from the promenade. I loved the Manx kippers and poached egg at breakfast, a must for visitors to the Isle of Man.
