Very relaxed vibe all around. They are a couple of blocks from the beach and lots of dining options. Excellent location. There are amazing food options a short cab ride away. However, they also have a small restaurant inside of the hotel that serves typical Mexican food. Portions were good, food was delicious, and it was fairly priced. Room was nice and well kept. I didn’t take advantage of yoga, but nice to see that they offer it. Appreciate that the pool was open until 10pm each night. Looking forward to visiting again!"

Best hotel staff in the world.

"The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance."

"We stayed at Casa Yuma for five nights and it was great! Our room was immaculately clean, the interior design was lovely, bed was comfy, and the lighting offered a relaxing atmosphere. The shower was soothing, the room with the toilet was really small, but it wasn't an issue. The hotel is off the beaten path in the best way. It's situated directly on miles of secluded beach. We felt like we were on our own private island at times. The pool and bar/restaurant were wonderful too. The staff was attentive and made sure we were cared for during our whole stay. We would highly recommend renting a car since the hotel is a few miles from any commerce or city life. It took about ten minutes to drive to the tourist traps and was easy to navigate. We only ventured out a few times since the hotel's restaurant was honestly better than any of the food we ate in the city. I've already raved about Casa Yuma to my friends and I would gladly return if we decided to visit Oaxaca again! "
