Nice location, somewhat outside of town but with free parking; nice pool, with great view of the beach. The "free" breakfast feels to me more like a check mark feature for the search filters rather than a real enjoyable breakfast so I skipped it almost every day. The whole place is built on sand so be aware you have to be comfortable with sand everywhere, but if that's your jam it's quite unique

A little paradise

We had an absolute amazing time at Casa Yuma, the design of the hotel is stunning and super friendly staff! Rooms are great, super comfortable beds, gorgeous views and food is delicious. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful and relaxing!

This place was incredible and perfect for a relaxing weekend! It is about 20 minutes away from the main city center so it’s quiet and secluded. Right on the beach! Food and drinks were good. Perfect place to just sun bathe by the pool.

Couple of days of R&R.

The facilities, restaurant, staff and overall feel were all what you would expect from a boutique beach property at the price point. The pool needs more attention. Not sure the filters and jets were up to par. I would also add a non smoking policy in common areas or separate smoking area. The food was excellent but slightly overpriced for mexico. Hope the staff and distributors are getting their fare share and it’s not all going Dans les poches des proprios…I would recommend it for a couple of days of R&R.

What a great place for a secluded, relaxing stay. Great cocktails. Miles of quiet beaches. Interesting activities available (we took a boat trip to see the turtles and to the lagoon to see the bioluminescence).

The place is even more beautiful in person. It is truly stunning. It is very quiet so it is perfect to relax and enjoy. The food is really good and the staff was extremely welcoming. I would definitely go back again.

Complete relaxation and paradise next to the ocean, steps away from the beach with a very comfortable room and bed. Staff were excellent and drinks were great. Massages were also wonderful. Only thing in need of improvement was the kitchen- the food was very mediocre and not well executed, and also took a very long time to come out anytime we ordered.

Amazing beachfront luxury

Amazing luxury experience right on the beach. The service, food and amenities are all outstanding. This location is 20 minutes outside of the action of Puerto Escondido but we had no problem staying put for our 3 night stay. You also will have the beach almost to yourself. What a gem.

Great place away from everything

We loved Casa Yuma. It’s a small hotel away from everything but just a taxi ride away to Zicatela restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Always respectful. We only have suggestions: 1) have bathrobes and slippers in the rooms 2) have a self service water location for refill 3) have a towel kiosk so we can take them from there rather than having to ask the restaurant folks for them 4) add to the breakfast menu like Mexican bread: concha’s, etc… Thank you to the entire team!!!
