「We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. 「Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. 」

「Panoramic valley view from the balcony is amazing! Buses stop right outside the hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, room is spacious and bright. I love its peaceful and harmonious ambience so much! Breakie is nice too!」

Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht im Freien. Wellnessbereich leider nicht genutzt, war aber bei der Besichtigung auch sehr einladend. Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. 」
