「Overall good for staying in town + walks, front of counter staff and bar staff were the best. But inconsistent service from there and not to the Sheraton standard unfortunately: - Breakfast: Eggs systems/process is a bottleneck and depended on 1 person taking 20+ egg orders and not delivering them in a timely fashion, or just forgotten about. A lot of food on offer were quite dry. - Rooms: We hired 2, only 1/2 electrical outlets worked in all rooms, one room we had was the VIP room and it was...

「Great place to stay when travelling to Samoa. We were able to easily hire a car to explore the island, as well as taking day trips through the resort. Food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back here again.」

「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.」
