「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「First visit here to Lava Hotel... and felt somewhat let down... I think maybe some customer service retraining might be needed for your front desk staff... the room was okay.. nothing too flash but it served its purpose.. the TV reception was bad always glitching and the chromecast didnt work.. thankful for the included breakfast but there wasn't that much variety.. Would I stay here again??? Maybe but only for its close proximity to the city centre and the local Savalalo Markets...」

「Everything was fine, but I do have a small suggestion. The staff did not check the room during our five-day stay. We only needed bathroom tissues and towels to be replenished, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the caps or family. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment—I loved it. This is just a suggestion for improvement, but overall, it was a very good experience.」

「The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from.」

「Last min booking so pretty much got what we paid for, a roof overhead and bed to sleep on. Arrived late so had to call reception who said she would be down in 2 mins, turned out to close to 20mins. Island time I guess....room was average and no soap or body wash or towels. Will not stay again.」

「The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.」
