「The place was infested with bugs crawling on the walls and floors. The bedsheets had dead bugs on them when the top covers were removed. Bedsheets also had stains on them. There were no fans or a/c. We bought fans and left them there. The kitchen had some kind of fungus growing in it. All the ceilings had webs with spiders in it. Floors were not washed. All outdoor furniture were covered in mold. Would not recommend this place. 」

「We brought our daughter and family to visit Boothbay and the botanical gardens. We enjoyed being so close to the harbor and shops and great food. The staff were all so kind!」

「I thought the property was very quaint, loved the views from my deck overlooking the water. Every staff member greeted me every time I came across them. I feel they did a wonderful job getting the property up to par seeing how they had just opened for the season on 6/18/25!! Breakfast was delicious. 」

「AMAZING-- I wish I could live here. Quiet and clean, beautiful view, comfortable room, convenient bar and restaurant attached. Drinks and food were awesome, but for the first time the service beat out drinks and food!! Mike, Donovan, Jim and everyone else we interacted with were so friendly and made it feel like we were coming home (this review coming from someone who is NOT a people person.) Can't wait to bring my whole family, and definitely plan to stay for more than a few days next time.」
