「Excellent hôtel boutique bien situé à Kigali. Excellent restaurant! Personnel compétent et sympathique et très serviable. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Très bon lit avec filet moustiquaire. Recommandé!」

「The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place.」

「The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard.」

「Terrible experience. The hotel advertises breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told it was not included because the room rate was already “cheap enough.” The room was dusty, and staff took days to clean it after being asked. They also expressed displeasure that I paid through Expedia instead of directly at the hotel, repeatedly complaining about Expedia’s commission. As a guest, I should not have to deal with constant complaints about their booking arrangements. Management ignored my attempts to...

「房间不大。门禁系统老是有问题，来回跑前台跑了好几次。早餐厅的服务特别好。」

「I like it, the place is very clean and nice.. it deserves the amount I paid.」

「Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back. I look forward to seeing it again when the outdoor area is finished. Food amazing. Rooms peaceful. The only issue was heavy slamming doors.」

「The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money」

「Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management 」

「Our stay at Sambora Kinigi was truly special and one we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and at home. Decoration was beautiful. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with our baby daughter can sometimes require a little extra planning and flexibility, but the team accommodated all of our needs with so much warmth, patience, and genuine care. It made such a...

「My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had...
