"The property and room and staff were perfect ….. but …. A herd of elephants arrived at 2am in the morning above me as I imagine it was another family room and I was subject to every movement until 4:30am . No sleep which kinda defeated the whole object of the stay and ruined the next day as was on business ! Very very very selfish ! Or very bad insulation / flooring above ! "
