"Lovely hotel, as I’ve come to expect of a Meliá Vinepearl. Wonderful front desk staff - warm, welcoming, and just a delight. The hotel is clearly an older hotel/building, but kept well. "The staff is friendly/family owned. Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services. Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early. Very pleasant stay and recommend if you are traveling to Phong Nha."

"We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "
