"We were checking in at night and then checking out very early in the next morning, so we did not really explore the hotel in much detail and we even missed the breakfast. However, the staff were very nice and polite and very helpful."

"Absolutely great location and nice hotel. A HUGE problem arose right when our stay started. The pull out couch bed had a giant curve shaped like a hammock! We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. We were offered a second room for the low price of $250 USD. All in all it was a great property with great amenities but an absolute joke of customer service. Would’ve been 5 stars for 2 people but 3 it is a lousy 2 star at best."
