"Arrived with my family from Australia at 10pm, as per booking details, to find doors chained up and sign in coming us "closed for renovations"!! No phone or internet connection so a very unpleasant experience. Thank goodness for the Little India Heritage Villa around the corner or we would have been stranded. And a negative review to Wotif who didn't respond to my email informing them of the situation. Perhaps Wotif need to communicate more with venues and customers. Will be wary of booking...

"Great location. The property needs some maintenance to keep Up the charm depicted in promotional photos. The pool was refreshing however needs a good scrub. Breakfast was very average with limited selection. Overall the stay was enjoyable."

"Love this property because its close to the airport and has bedrooms which has dip in pool. They have western as well as local food selection in their restaurant menu. the hotel also have great spa, gym and pool facility. In fact there indoor playarea which are suitable for kids 7 and below! They have KTV rooms for the guest if anyone fancy a sing along! The view from the rooftop bar is phenomenal.
