「Breakfast and Hospitality was so great. I loved every minute of it. The grounds were so nice, and the horses were a bonus. They were sweet.! The place was so peaceful. We loved Kris and Jim.」

「Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). They even had suits we could borrow as the Spa, so unexpected. The virtual front office staff...

「WOW! Look no further for the perfect friends/couple/or family getaway. We used it for a weekend trip away from Denver to explore Garden of the Gods, 11 Mile, and the Dream Stream. One day we stayed at camp all day, snuggled in the oh so comfy beds and playing games by the fire. Our french bulldog was a welcome addition, and we all enjoyed zipping around the...

「 The lady that we set up the hotel with was so great really friendly, gave us heads up with our stay」

「My wife and her sister thought the property was “super cute”. 「This was a cozy little cabin. We were here for a weeding stayed for 3 days. I would very recommend staying here.」

「Perfect little home to get away to with a cute town only 10 min away. Everything was as posted. Was hoping neighbors would've been a little further away but they were unnoticeable if they were home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Need was so comfy. Thank you for allowing us to stay!」

「Relaxing home with plenty of space for the whole family to have a room. Enjoyed grilling on the deck and seeing some wildlife.」
